March @ Oddfellows arms. Chairman J.Burgess.
Proposed that we rent two meadows at Newbridge from Mr Cookson at 30/- per annum, carried.
Proposed that the secretary purchase new minute,account and letter books and that the old
books be destroyed, carried !!! Members J.Burgess, G.Hatton, J.Graham.
June @ Rechabites rest. President is Mr W.Hamlett. 20 window bills are to be purchased
to advertise the Association match. Members J.Fletcher,A.Percival, J.Burgess, J.Graham, J.Hitchen,J.Dickenson, E.Hough.

9th April @ Railway hotel (Brighton Belle), station road. It was resolved that the secretary
should reply to an invitation from the Electro Bleach Scientific section regarding a lecture
on fish life. (Electro Bleach it seems were suppliers of chemical weapons such as phosgene
to the forces during the great war,albeit badly due to bureaucratic incompetence,
a situation that changed once Churchill became minister of munitions in July 1917)
It was resolved that the secretary should write to the Bungalow boating company regarding
fishing rights in the Association waters, offering them the privilage for £1 per season.
It was resolved that any person trespassing on Association waters be cautioned for the first time, if on any future occasion they be again caught or refused to pay the fee of 6d for a days fishing save to be reported to the Association and police, court action will be taken.
An estimate is to be got of printing day permits.
The secretary is to write to County Palatine regarding the fishing rights of this Association in
their waters at Newbridge.
The secretary is also to write to Major Wilbraham regarding otter hounds to visit the waters.
held by this Association. Payment also to be made to the Major for half years rent of 10/-.
July @ Oddfellows arms. 250 day permits are to be purchased. And 12 window bills to

Vale Royal estate is sold.

March @ Rifleman Inn. President J Webb.  Agreement reached over the rent of river weaver and ash brook above top flash belonging to Major Willbraham. We affiliated to Northwich joint

June   Major Willbraham died. Cheshire cheese affiliated.
7th July   Association match to be fished from the towing path side of the weaver between Newbridge and Vale royal, date as usual, winner to receive a gold medal.

26th Sept J Hulse in the chair. Members G Hatton, Mr Brocklehurst, E Gough, A Percival ( 188 ways green ). Tickets are purchased from Mr Billington( old paper shop Wharton road?)

Jan   @ Cheshire cheese an approach to be made to meadowbank fishing club and Mr Hollinshead regarding fishing their waters.

8th June @ oddfellows arms Proposed that L.Brocklehurst  of the White bear anglers  be prosecuted for poaching on Mr Garnetts estate rented by this association (Dane). A letter to be sent to V.Mellor warning him of the same.  Moved that all coarse fish including dace are out of season from march 15th to june 15th inclusive.
November  Mr Brocklehursts letter of apology accepted. A letter is to be sent to Mr Fitton regarding complaints of his conduct on the flashes by anglers.
1932
11th March  Individual cards to be 5/- each, juveniles 2/6, pensioners to be allowed to use a juvenile card. A new cup is to be purchased; the old cup is to be used for the juveniles.
Honarary members Capt. Willbraham , W.Garnett, Capt. France Hayhurst and W.Bennett.
Association affiliates to Cheshire anglers. A charity match is arranged for the Albert infirmary at clive bridge. Members A Preston, G Hankey,
September Proposed and seconded that any member winning the association match three
years running shall receive  original cup as own property.
18TH November @ Red lion. Vandalism, (trespass and damage at Croxton hall, a letter to be sent to the farmer explaining our position and the action we will take on his behalf).  Red lion club affiliated. Newton brewery affiliated.The secretary is to write to Mr Malcolm regarding permission to appoint an official bank ranger on Winsford bridge length, also for written permission to erect notice boards.

It is not known why the old books wrere destroyed, possibly distressing reading after the
end of World War 1.
