The length of stay is in the permit and it is also on the website night fishing

No. We expect a modicum of decency and respect when fishing our waters.

mess away from public and fishing areas. Anglers who think it is okay to

DISCIPLINARY

WHAT ARE THE DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES ?
Offenders may receive a mark in the back of their permit, two marks
will see the permit recorded pending a committee meeting where
the member will have the chance to explain/defend their actions.
Members may also be called before the committee even if the
permit has not been marked if the bailiffs think the offence warrants
it and will be sent a letter by the club requesting their attendance.
Any permit with no photo attached will have the photo
box signed and dated by the bailiff and a warning issued, if a photo
is still not attached on further inspection this will result in a mark in
the back of the permit. The permit is sold to members on the assumption
that they will abide by all rules and bailiffs requests, it remains the
property of W.D.A.A. at all times.
